The staff was customer-focused and outstandingly helpful, really made a difference to my holiday. The breakfast was plentiful with then american style potatoes and fruit, as example and attention to detail. The location was best possible and spectacular, just close to a historic square. The service was great, that made the hotel recently refurbished place.

Very big bed in the guest room, plus central heating, a work desk and satellite TV. Delicious breakfast included, outstandingly accommodating personnel. Location just off the Astronomical Clock and the Old Town Square, and the very city center all on walking distance. Great service, parking nearby.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, within walking distance to the main square and Charles Bridge. The rooms are cozy and spotless, with attention to detail such as the sweet 'elephant' bedding. The staff are pleasant, polite, and very helpful.
One small detail could be improved: the breakfast included could be of better quality.
